On November 3, 2023, Noida Police registered an FIR against Elvish and five others after nine poisonous snakes, including a cobra, were found near YouTuber Elvish Yadav.
The case was initiated based on a complaint by BJP MP Maneka Gandhi’s NGO, which had accused Elvish of shooting videos with snakes and hosting unauthorised parties with snake venom and medicines. In a covert operation, five persons were arrested, who identified Elvish Yadav as the mastermind.
